The Law amends the Laws "On Public Utility Services" and "On Heat Supply", and the Economic Code, specifying the order of payment for public utility services, and improving their quality.
The Law presents the following version of part seven of clause 276 of the Economic Code:
"7. Payment for the supplied energy is effected under the terms of agreement. The agreement can envisage prepayment, scheduled payments with further recalculation, or payments for the actually sold energy."
